Confused about metaphysics and/or epistemology? Wondering what Thomas Aquinas brings to a party of philosophers? Join Professors Isaac Mutelo and Adrian Judd in thinking about some of the fundamental questions in philosophy.
This Domuni Live event is primarily designed for BA Philosophy students, Masters Theology students.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
AIMS:
- to introduce students to discussion about epistemology and metaphysics
RUNNING OF THE EVENT:
- 15 minutes will be spent in student introductions
- 30 minutes will be spent in discussion between Adrian and Isaac and the students, with Isaac presenting arguments from a position of skepticism and Adrian presenting arguments from Thomas Aquinas on the role of the senses in perception and knowing
- 20 minutes for Questions and Answers
- 10 minutes for summing up at the end
