Jean-Marc Mercy is a certified Franklin Covey consultant and facilitator, dedicated to help organizations achieve results that require lasting changes in human behavior. He provides content, tools, methodology, training and thought leadership, all based on a foundation of unshakable principles and proven practices. Jean-Marc is responsible for the ongoing high-quality delivery of FranklinCovey programs and solutions in Ivory Coast, and currently consults with the African Development Bank, among other clients. He brings 15 years of experience in talent management and organization development with international organizations and the private sector.
